What is a holiday package?

A holiday package is a bundled travel product that may include flights, hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours, travel insurance, airport transfers, and visa assistance (if required) — all offered at a combined price. Please note that not all packages include every component. The inclusions may vary depending on the destination, travel duration, and package type.

How early should I book my holiday package?

To ensure availability of your preferred flights, hotels, and travel experiences, we recommend booking your holiday package well in advance, especially during peak travel seasons.

What does a twin-sharing room mean?

A twin-sharing room refers to a room shared by two people. It could feature either one double bed or two single beds, based on availability.

What does 'per person on twin sharing basis' mean?

This means that the quoted price is applicable per individual, assuming that two people are sharing one room. Each guest pays the same amount.

What is a group tour?

A group tour is a pre-scheduled tour package with fixed departure dates, where a set number of travelers follow a planned itinerary under the guidance of a tour escort or guide.

What is included in a half-board meal plan?

A half-board meal plan includes daily breakfast and one major meal, which can either be lunch or dinner, depending on the hotel's policy.

What is included in a full-board meal plan?

A full-board plan covers all three meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner, providing a more inclusive dining experience during your stay.

Do I need a visa for international travel?

Yes, a valid visa is required for most international destinations. Exotria offers visa assistance, but final approval is subject to the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

What payment methods are accepted by Exotria?

We accept multiple secure payment options including:

How do I know if my booking was successful?

Yes, you can request modifications to your package (wherever possible) by contacting our customer support at +91-9958634511. Any additional charges or amendment fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you.

Can I book a room for three adults?

Most hotels allow triple occupancy, either with an extra bed or a larger room setup. However, we recommend confirming this with our team or the hotel prior to booking.

Do I need a passport for international travel?

Yes, a valid passport is mandatory for all international holidays. Your passport should have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel. For visa services, visit our Visa Assistance page or contact our team directly.

What are the cancellation charges before departure?

Cancellation charges vary based on:

  • Destination and package type

  • Time of cancellation relative to the departure date
